I’m stoked to enter a new chapter in my 24 year-young life: Today was my last day as a full-time employee working for an awesome web company in downtown Seattle. I’ve learned so much working there but felt it was time to move on and dedicate more of my time to my design and art work. At the time it seemed like a crazy decision but the more I prayed about it, the more I felt like it was the obvious choice for me. I feel God gives us gifts and it is our job to use them. Here’s a verse I found in Matthew that got me pumped… “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”

I have had a fun past couple of weeks! I went and visited some friends in LA and San Diego, I was contacted by a fun mag to do some design and typography work, and I’m loving to be living and working in Seattle! Sooo here are few pieces that have been laying around – the first is a typography illustration about the Thought Process that goes into a piece of art or design and the second image is a shot of Spencer Goetz of Imperial Motion from this past summer, the third image is title “Beauty”.

A few of my tee designs recently just got printed for the Spring/Summer Imperial Motion Collection – Take a peek at the Prefontaine. This past weekend I was in Tacoma for an art Benefit featuring several local artists, hosted by Toms Shoes and Bleach. Each artist had blank Toms they could rework and paint on in any way they wanted. I created a couple fun colorways pictured above.
